The geographical situation of the hotel, just in the middle of the tourist attractions and center of the city. I loved also the decoration.
Apart from the very nice reception and welcome, I do not find this hotel at the level of 4 stars. The breakfast does not look like fresh. The personel does not smile. You need to look for the personel to order some hot morning dishes. The first day coffee was called served from a distributor that does not look good. In the room the curteins and cover of the bad does not look fresh. In the bathroom the design is very nice however I think that the rain shower from the top is not enough. The regular shower should be also in the equipment.

the room was spartan--apparently you have to ask for an extra pillow and it was overpriced--the location is the best thing--but it was clean
the decor of the dining room is appalling

Great location, great style, fabulouse food. The room, 101, was amazing. We liked being on to the road and hearing the bustle outside and the proximation to the square was great. When can we come back?...

Location could not be better, the rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast with lots of options.

missingWrote a review on 15 Octreally good servicepoor wifilacking ironing facilities
Really good service and friendly staff.
The WiFi was practically nonexistent, unacceptable in today's world. Plus, why is there no ironing facility in the room? Paying for laundry services is a ridiculous hassle. The décor felt overly pretentious instead of warm and inviting. It's a shame because the place could be so much more with a little thought put into the room ergonomics!

Oh man, the breakfast was super fresh with killer vegan options and service so good you'd think you were family! Plus, the spa? Total zen vibes with ancient brickwork and steamy bliss. Can't forget that...
